Office Administrator/PA, Reading North, £19-£22,000
Key responsibilities:
Daily duties include answering the telephone and web enquiries, screening telephone calls, supporting the Managing Director, invoicing, purchases, filing, sales forecasts, work delegation, preparing quotes, booking travel & accommodation. You will need to organise and prepare all meetings & prepare most documents for the Business Development Manager. Any other general administration for the Managing Director and Chairman.
In addition you will be a first point of contact for customers; processing orders, preparing quotes, organising work schedules, overseas travel, shipping and invoicing. You will also manage projects obtaining prices and preparing quotes, maintain the website, organise events and trade shows, manage stock levels and any ad hoc duties as required.
You will need experience in a similar office administration role - 2-3 years experience, good MS Office Word and Excel skills, be highly organised, able work on your own initiative, and be assertive and highly professional.
