Having registered with Headstart looking for a change in career direction, she was offered a role as Headstart's first permanent Recruitment Consultant back in 1997 and then took ownership of Headstart in 2002. Claudine has worked with many blue chips recruiting all levels of staff in all sectors for the last 14 years. Gayle Baker - Recruitment Partner Gayle Baker has been working for Headstart Recruitment for over 7 years. Gayle spent 10 years working for Johnson & Johnson within Customer Service and Project Management roles and was a key player in setting up and managing their European Customer Service Centre. Gayle spent a great deal of time recruiting and developing their staff, before specialising in Recruitment. Her background makes her ideally suited to be able to meet and exceed both Candidate and Client expectations.
