* Client / Customer Account Executive * Chalgrove/Watlington * c£20,000 - £22,000 (HSSDATA) * Our Client is one of the UK’s leading companies in their industries and provides support at events, exhibitions, conferences and seminars. They also provide post-event services such as database information from the events/conferences etc. You will be working as past of a small team. They are looking to recruit an Account Executive who will report directly into the Account Managers. You will work along side them on the management of clients’ exhibitions and deal with the day-to-day work, ensuring it is produced on time. This role will involve general administration, answering telephones, handling queries, working with databases, booking conferences, building relationships with clients and being able to provide all round general help to the team. You will need to be IT literate with knowledge of emails, databases and spreadsheets. You must have a confident personality, be reliable and have excellent communication skills in order to communicate with the team and the company’s clients. You must have previously have worked to tight deadlines, have the ability to work under pressure and be extremely well organised. Great career progression would be available for the right person. This role is based in Chalgrove and you would need to be able to drive as public transport is very limited. There is free parking available on site. * Direct Marketing / Campaign Officer * Reading * c£23,000-£27,000 (HSDIRMRKCHARIT) * A large well known charity on the outskirts of Reading are looking for an experienced Direct Marketing / Campaign Officer to join their expanding successful team. You will be working as part of the Direct Marketing team and will report into the Donor Acquisition Manager. Direct Marketing handles a budget in excess of £8M. The department will be responsible for delivering £17.1M (gross) income into the charity. You will be responsible for the management and implementation of campaigns within the Acquisition programme. You will manager acquisition campaigns across all Medias – mail, door drop, TV, press, inserts, telemarketing, tradeshows etc. You will develop and monitor budgets for campaigns within the programmes, manage relationships with all internal department (Fundraising, Operations and Communications) and external suppliers. You will also assist in developing and organising the Lotteries programme and assist in promotion of recycling of direct marketing activities. This role requires a significant amount of planning and co-ordination of projects and campaigns so you must have proven experience of time management. You will need to manage multiply projects with differing deadlines. You must be a clear and concise communicator and be comfortable addressing both management, internal staff and external suppliers. You will need to have an understanding of fundraising and marketing principles, experience in direct marketing and project management and you will ideally be a creative and analytical person. Due to our clients location you must be a car owner. There is some travel involves in this role (about once a month) and on occasion there will be over night stays involved (about 6 times a year). Salary range for this role is £24,486 - £27,000.
