This is a varied role which will include such as post opening, cheque banking and paper filing administration. You will also have to check title documents, chase title documents and send the documents to customers along with other documents when necessary. Ideal candidate will be customer focused with good communication skills, committed, self motivated and able to multi task. You will need to be committed, self motivated and excellent PC skills. * Proactive Customer Services * Reading Town Centre * c£13,000-£15,000 + up to £5,000 Bonus (HSWDJNRCUST) * This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in their new offices in Reading town centre. Our client has been established for 10 years and is a market leader in their industry. They have modern open plan offices, a fun and lively team environment and great career prospects! Our client receives customers via the telephone, online advertising and paper advertising. Your role will be to process all customers enquires which have been recieved. Once an enquiry has been received you will then contact the customer to explain in more detail about the product, provide comprehensive quotes and offer any additional information when needed. You will also process orders once they have been confirmed and pass customer leads onto the sales team when necessary. Our client has a very strong team ethos and you will be part of a small team working closely together – support and help is always at hand! You will have prior customer services experience, either face to face or over the phone; have confident and articulate communication skills and enjoy working in a targeted environment. Salary range is £13,000-£15,000 + up to £5,000 bonus! |
