£12,000 - £14,000 pa                                                                            

 

Hours – 8am – 1pm & 1pm – 5pm (to cover holidays and absence)

My Client is a FTSE 100 global company based in Reading Centre (no parking). They are looking for two part-time people to work on Reception and manage the day to day running of the Office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front of house & reception duties including managing the phone and visitor experience
  • Book meetings rooms as required ensuring they are equipped and presentable
  • Communicating with staff on a range of office and facility related issues for both employees and visitors 
including reception services, access card, planning of meeting rooms, stationery, office supplies, furniture, 
incidental items, maintenance, utilities, as well as coordinating office and desk moves.
  • Being responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, packages and the arrangement of couriers, with the 
support of the main building Facilities team
  • Updating and creating internal communications connected to the office activities
  • Working with a variety of vendors such as furniture, food services, office equipment, security, maintenance 
and others to obtain services required to maintain our facilities in outstanding condition.
  • Distributing post and deliveries; Ordering office stationery and consumables.
  • Be responsible for all company bookings, like meetings, travels, conferences etc.
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to line manager and other Executive Assistants when required.
  • To be able to cover colleagues in the event of holiday or other absence. 

You will need experience in a similar role within a global organisation, be happy to muck in, and have a professional manner and appearance.
